We are hiring a Client Success Specialist (Recruitment) who will focus on building relationships with clients and ensuring successful recruitment of gig workers. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where you can wear multiple hats and is passionate about building relationships and exceeding client expectations.
What You'll Do:
- Be the ultimate onboarding pro, guiding new clients to success and ensuring they hit their hiring targets
- Attracting the best freelance workers (like a magnet!); you'll find them, schedule their work, and manage them for jobs and events your clients need.
- Conduct job assessments and training sessions to prepare our amazing gig workers for success
- Build strong relationships with both clients and gig workers, fostering trust and a collaborative spirit
- Dive into data to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment strategies
- Provide on-site support during client events, ensuring everything runs smoothly
Who You Are:
- Passionate and results-oriented individual with at least 1 year of experience in operations, recruitment, event management, or a related field. (Bonus points for experience with gig companies or event staffing!)
