As the Sales Operation Support & Supply Chain Manager for the APAC region, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales operations and managing the supply chain to ensure smooth and efficient business processes. This role will be reporting to the GM and Head of Sales APAC.


Sales Operation Support:

  • Assist the in developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Coordinate and manage sales operations to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to support decision-making.
  • Manage customer relationships and handle inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and process optimization.

Supply Chain Management:

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Implement and maintain effective supply chain strategies to optimize costs and efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales operations and supply chain management, preferably in the APAC region.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
