The incumbent is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR function. In addition, he or she will act as a liaison between employees and the organisation to promote good employee relations.
Responsibilities:
· Post job advertisements on various channels.
· Review candidate applications and shortlist candidates, conduct initial phone interviews.
· Arrange and conduct interviews together with hiring managers.
· Follow-up onboarding and offboarding process, e.g. new join contract preparation and letter
· Onboard new join, prepare contract and follow up necessary documents
· Process work passes for foreign workers in accordance to government’s rules & regulations.
· Maintain and organise employee P-file records, prepare and file HR related letters/documents, to ensure accurate and up to date record.
· Process training registration and be familiar with grants and subsidies. Maintain and update training records accurately and timely.
· Check employee’s attendance and update TMS attendance system twice a month.
· Administer and monitor employees’ leave and assist in any enquiries related to leaves.
· Issue MHC medical card and verify medical bills.
· Undertake other HR & Admin functions and ad-hoc assignments or duties as and when assigned from time to time.
· Attend to employees’ queries on various HR-related matters

· Handle and sort daily mailers
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in HR & Admin.
· Good knowledge and understanding of Singapore HR practices and Employment Act.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
· Resourceful, and self-driven with high degree of professional integrity.
· Meticulous and possess great initiative.
· Able to speak Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
