- Gathering necessary documentation for claims, seeking clarifications where necessary.
- Verify and determine the eligibility of claims based on guidelines and coordination with the Legal Division.
- Compiling claim items.
- Processing invoices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather additional information or documents for claim processing.
- Maintain detailed records of claims processed and actions taken.
- Provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders regarding claim status.
- Supervising claims executives performing the same tasks above.
Salary: $2,500 - $3,500
Working Arrangement :
- Location: South
- Office hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am to 6pm (Friday ends 530pm)
- 1 year contract
Job Requirements
- Diploma or degree in any discipline.
- 2- 3 years of experience in insurance claims assessment and claims management.
- Good command of English, both verbal and written.
