Jobs Responsibilities
- Handling imports and export documentation
- Issue shipping documents e.g. Bill of Lading & Arrival Notice
- Booking of shipment to Shipping Lines
- Coordinate with Transporters on delivery process
- Ensure customers' shipments are proccessed promptly and accurately
- Ensure accuracy in the relevant paperwork
- Ensure timely and acccurate billing proccess
- Prepare monthly reports
- Maintain and manage filing on all completed shipments
Job Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Shipping or Logistics
- Training will be provided
