- Carry out project planning, cost control, preparing necessary documentations and all operational and administration procedures i.e. knowledgeable in project management
- Provide the direction in construction planning and to coordinate works with sub-contractors, Client and Consultants to ensure overall construction progress as scheduled
- Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
- Ensure quality of works is achieved and government regulations are complied
- Head a team of project staffs/workers
- Experience in handle multiple projects simultaneously.
