- To assist the Manager on any project or system enhancement
- Liaise with various departments to determine the system requirements in any Change Requests.
- Understand the functionality of various systems and services to provide support to users
- Develop test cases and conduct user acceptance testing
- Assist in test data preparation in all enhancements/projects
- Work closely with vendors/IT to resolve any system errors
- Prepare daily statistic on testing status/system issues for management reporting
- Any other duties assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- Diploma in Computer Science / Engineering / Business from a recognize institution.
- A meticulous person with an eye of accuracy
- Possess a strong sense of responsibilities and able to work within tight deadline
- Proactive, customer oriented and a team player who is able to work independently
- Possess effective communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels.
