- Engineering design, configuration, calculations, drawings, and documentation for the systems
- Prepare specific work packages along with evaluation and selection of sub-contractors
- Execute on-site supervision of the installation and integration of the system
- Ensure accuracy and quality of installed works, check out system readiness, perform functional and sub-system testing
- Be part of system safety group and ensure that safety measures are taken at all times
- Take charge of overall network system testing over satellite link
- Perform on-site acceptance tests with customers/end-users
- Prepare system technical training materials and conduct training to customers/end-users, then ensure smooth hand over of the system to operations and maintenance
- Conduct FAT for equipment and sub-system, design operation and deployment procedures
- Conduct On-Site-Acceptance Test (OSAT) with customer (E.g., Antenna commissioning, baseband system)
- Provide timely engineering support to pre-sales
- Provide timely post sale support.
Requirements
- Degree in Electronics/Communication Engineering
- Min 2 years’ experience in design, integrate, install & commission of VSAT and ESA system preferred
- Knowledge in Microsoft office, Visio.
- Knowledge in Microwave/RF.
- Knowledge of satellite modems/routers (SCPC, TDMA)
