What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) :
- Supervise the activities in the Purchasing Departments.
- Ensure that the goods received are correct based on the Purchase Order and Delivery Order
- Ensure supplier performance is monitored and take reasonable action, if necessary.
- Ensure that the daily records are updated and always up to date.
- Carry out all activities of quoting, ordering, and purchasing materials to produce products as well as other materials related to the company’s activities carried out efficiently.
- Ensure that documents from suppliers such as DO, invoices and so on are compiled and sent to the Accounts Division for payment.
- Ensure payment requests are made as needed.
- Ensure that the activities of quotations, ordering and purchasing materials to produce products as well as other materials related to the company’s activities are carried out efficiently.
- Ensure all imported raw material processes are running smoothly.
- Ensure all the shipping documents including local and imported are properly filling.
What We Need from You (Job Requirements) :
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Supply Chain Management or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience or a diploma in the same field with at least 4 years of experience.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, and familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Location: Willingness to work in Kota Damansara, PJ
- Contractual yearly basis
