Responsibilities:
- Based on sales orders from sales team to prepare items and packing.
- Call courier for shipping and update to sales team.
- Report items shortage to purchase for back order.
- Work with purchaser to receive and count items for stock.
- Work with service team for service items and receiving.
- Follow company processes for all inventory control.
- Take orders to replenish merchandise as needed.
- Manage storage of products, particularly of fragile items.
- Organise regular inventory audits.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and other internal teams to test products' quality (status upon delivery and storage conditions).
- Stay updated inventory records (including daily shipments).
- Ensure purchases do not exceed budget.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Stock Controller, Inventory Manager or similar role.
- Working knowledge of inventory management software.
- Active participation in inventory audits.
- Exemplary organization skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
