Responsibilities:
- Work on the As-Is process.
- Responsible for the modernized and efficient To-Be process.
- Responsible for suitable approach to improve system/operation efficiencies.
- Lead and facilitate users’ requirements gathering to propose effective IT solution.
- Collaborate and support the preparation of IT solution and business case.
- Lead and facilitate Users Training and UAT of the solution.
- Perform the necessary QA to ensure successful rollout with minimum business impacts.
- Plan and manage delivery of small-scale end-to-end projects.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience as an IT Consultant.
- Experience in HRMS and delivery of such application system.
- Experience in Accounting business analyst role is an advantage.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certified is an added advantage.
- A strong Techno-Functional Consultant.
- A good team player.
- Ability to interact with all stakesholders and users.
- Ability to develop business requirement documentation.
