My client is in the industrial sector, and they are currently seeking for HR Executive (Generalist) to be part of their team.
JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding/offboarding
- Maintain employee records and personnel files in compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations.
- Processing of monthly payroll
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the workforce.
- Manage the performance management system, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.
- Administer employee benefits, including insurance, leave, and other entitlements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
- Investigate and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary issues fairly and promptly.
- Facilitate effective communication and engagement between the management and employees.
- Contribute to developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Human Resources Management or its equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Employment Act, WICA, HR practices and policies.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Attention to detail and meticulous in managing employee records and HR documentation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
