HR Intern (Talent Acquisition) - min 20 weeks, 100% work from home
Responsibilities:
- Assist in job posting on various job portals (major job boards and school job portals).
- Support in organizing and executing recruitment activities including job fairs, campus recruitment events, etc.
- Assist in screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
- Aid in the reporting of training grant applications and relevant documentation processes.
- Assist in designing and procuring materials used in campus recruitment, including door gifts, brochures, etc.
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
- Students who are in Polytechnics or universities, able to commit for at least 20 weeks of full-time internship.
- Fast learner with a positive attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (as some projects may involve liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders in China).
- Confident in speaking with potential candidates over the phone and in person.
