Job Description
- Provide service to customers in accordance with service standards and guidelines
- Receive and perform in-store and delivery orders
- Cooking and preparation of food and drinks items for sale
- Monitor and maintain food quality and safety in compliance with the Company’s safety and risk management policies and procedures
- Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene, clean workstations and equipment following all Company’s rules and procedures.
- Store opening and closing duties
- Greet customers in English and Mandarin
- Other ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements
- Cooperative and helpful with other team members
- Excellent and positive service attitude
- Able to work shifts, weekends, eve of public holidays and public holidays on 6 days per week, on rotating shifts.
- Independent and able to multi-task
- Food handling experience will be an added advantage
- Able to commence work in short notice will be an added advantage
