Position Overview:
The Settlement associate will assist in providing daily support in settlement payments, reconciliation, and reporting.
Successful candidate will also be involved in preparing, maintaining and updating of settlement workflow and explore streamlining existing processes and to achieve automation processing.
Responsibilities:
• Process daily financial transactions and payments received or to clients and Associations.
• Investigate and process transaction disputes in accordance to company policies and regulations.
• Responding to settlement related queries internally and externally.
• Review and update department process workflows, fund flows, work processes and procedures.
• Perform regular MIS reporting to Management and Regulatory
• Participate in initiatives to streamline or automate manual processes to achieve straight through processing
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
• Must be structured and meticulous, with an eye for detail.
• Independent and resourceful, yet work well in a team-oriented environment
• Previous work experience in operation or support functions preferred but not mandatory
