- Forecast and conceptualize the sales strategy and strategic sales planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service, to ensure effective alignment and support.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize team performance.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above.
- At least 5 years of proven sales experience in IT industry.
- Good leadership skills with a successful track record of leading and managing sales teams.
- Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
- Strong knowledge in ERP, SaaS and other IT solutions.
