Havas Media Singapore is looking for an Associate Digital Manager with at least 4 years of experience managing digital media planning for client campaigns.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the management and delivery of advertising campaigns for a portfolio of digital media accounts.
Main responsibilities:
- Support the Director in managing a portfolio of digital media accounts with a team of Digital Planners, Executives, and Traders
- Lead the team in strategy, planning, tactical execution, implementation, optimisation, and performance analysis
- Define media plan strategies and deliver recommendations to clients and partners
- Plan, distribute and oversee the tasks of junior team members
- Support the recruitment and training of junior team members
- Ad-hoc involvement in new business pitching
Requirements for this role:
- Relevant qualifications in marketing, communications, or other relevant disciplines; or relevant work experience
- At least 4-5 years of experience in the media industry, specialising in digital media
- Knowledge & proficiency in digital buying platforms (E.g. Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360)
- Knowledge & proficiency in digital marketing platforms (E.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch)
- Strong understanding of the media and advertising landscape in Singapore (including ad networks and third-party partners), and local market nuances
- Strong business acumen and a sense of financial management. You will be overseeing the management of client budgets
- First-hand team management experience will be appreciated
