Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Finance and Investment Manager to join our diverse family office team. The successful candidate will evaluate investment products, assist with portfolio reviews, review accounting books and records, maintain compliance with laws and regulatory requirements in Singapore, and liaise with external service providers including financial institutions, auditors, and tax advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with periodic reviews of the investment portfolio.
- Evaluate financial institutions' investment products.
- Work with investment teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and accounting.
- Oversee accounting and financial reporting for the family office, which includes:
- Reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
- Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulatory requirements.
- Assisting with the annual audit process and ensuring financial records are accurate.
- Collaborating with professional firms for annual compliance and tax filings.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities and external service providers such as tax advisors, lawyers, and financial institutions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial information.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in corporate accounting & finance or similar work experience, including experiences working with local auditing and tax consulting firms;
- Strong knowledge of local (SG) laws and regulatory requirements.
- An independent self-starter who can take on tasks from inception to completion.
- A great communicator who has stellar interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the investment lifecycle from evaluation to closing.
