JOB DESCRIPTION
A company in the commodities industry is looking for an Executive Assistant to be based in Singapore.
As an Executive Assistant, you will be assisting the director in her daily work including arranging and coordinating meetings, business trips, and overall work schedule. You also will be responsible to manage the meetings coordination, taking meeting minutes, distributing meeting materials, document management, stakeholder management, and assist with reception of clients.
Additionally, the Executive Assistant is also responsible to maintain confidentiality and privacy of director and company.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma qualifications, of equivalent
- Prior experience with personal assistant or executive assistant
- Experience with taking meeting minutes is preferable
- Adaptable and sociable, and good professional ethics
- Having driving license will be good, but not a must
