Job Description
- Work closely with the management and Head of Department to provide HR advisory, support, and delivery of full spectrum of HR matters.
- Support the deployment and execution of all HR processes including hiring, on-boarding, and off-boarding.
- Administer performance management exercise (annually).
- Handle full spectrum of recruitment (Advertise, shortlist and interview candidates, prepare salary proposal, offer successful candidates, prepare for on-boarding and staff announcement).
- Handle employee’s monthly payroll cycles, CPF submission, IR21, IR8A Year income tax assessment.
- Maintain quality data management of employee records and information in the HRIS and personal files in accordance with Company policies, audit guidelines, local laws and regulations and ensure that it is well organised and up-to-date.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and keep abreast on all current and new legislations and regulatory rulings.
- Administer all work pass applications (application, renewal, appeals) and ensure that all Company and employee information are updated accurately with MOM.
- Be a central point of contact for the employees for all HR related matters.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues including dispute resolutions, disciplinary, grievances, absence by conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations when needed.
- Assist with annual audit.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Human Resource Administration, Psychology or related discipline
- Possess sound knowledge of statutory and employment law
- Independent, self-driven and able to work under pressure
- Meticulous and detail oriented
- Be very familiar with Excel functions
