Job Description:
- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offerings through a variety of channels, such as email, phone, text and social media.
- Building and maintain a good relationship with existing and new customers/leads.
- Follow up with leads and customers as necessary to close sales or schedule appointments
- Follow up on appointments arranged.
- Handle inbound sales calls.
- Keep accurate records of call logs.
- Provide feedback to the team regarding customer inquiries, responses, and potential sales opportunities.
- To support any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
- Able to commit for 2 months with extendable to 3 months.
- Possess at least GCE ‘O’ level or Diploma in any field.
- Preferably with 2 years of working experience in sales, telesales or customer service.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay positive.
- Independent and disciplined, able to work under minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
