Job Descriptions
· Provide administrative support to business operations
· Liaise & coordinate with external vendors for repair/renovation/restoration projects
· Handle all shop administration, operations and any other ad hoc projects timely, independently and professionally.
· Provide safe & timely delivery and chauffer services, when required, and ensure the vehicles are well maintained and cleaned.
· Perform errands and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior and Management
Job Requirements
· Min NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical or relevant qualifications.
· Min 1-2 years of experience in similar capacity, preferably in retailing
· Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and under tight schedules
· Service oriented mindset, willing & able to do multi-tasking
· Proficient in English & Mandarin as need to communicate with external vendors and colleagues etc
· Possess a valid class 3 driving license with good driving records & familiar with Singapore routes, driving & safety regulations.
· Energetic & physically fit (involves carrying of loads)
· Some basic experiences in repair and maintenance is advantageous.
· Able to start work within short notice
· Mon – Fri: 930am – 630pm but also able to work a flexible schedule (according to management's request/scheduling) on needy occasions
