KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1a. Concepts Design Responsibility. You will take ownership in the design team of the architectural design through participating in the design thinking processes and exercising cross-checks of all drawing sets and methodological processes incurred within team production’s framework to ensure the efficient adherence of organizational wide quality standards and guiding principles for delivery to deadlines
1b. Conceptual Design’s Presentation. You will be expected to put up good and convincing presentation materials which display fully the design concepts, for effective communication with the clients.
1c. Detailed Design. You are expected to generate and update top quality of shop drawings, detailed design of building and sketches from conceptual design through to construction.
2. Project’s Administration. You will be required to record and document site progress, minute of meetings, work tracker report; and provide these reports in timely manner to the project manager in order to help your project manager to complete his weekly/monthly team’s progress report to the CEO and CDO.
3. Project’s Documentation. You will assist the project manager in relevant authority submission, and make necessary consultations with Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) and other authority for tenancy works of the premises including change of use submissions, Outdoor Refreshment Area(ORA) submission to URA and obtaining Building Plan approvals from relevant authorities department.
4. Communication & Presentation Skills. You possess a good command of English and have good presentation skills to communicate your intentions.
5. Teamwork. You possess the ability to work in a team-oriented environment, and work independently to see projects through to completion.
