Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of quality control personnel, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
- Develop and implement quality control processes, procedures and standards to ensure that products or service meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Monitor and analyze data related to quality control processes, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement.
- Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure that raw materials and components meet established quality standards.
- Perform audits of quality control processes, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for corrective action.
Job Requirements:
- Major in any engineering field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing field, as well as minimum 4 years in supervisory role.
- Able to work under stress, dynamic and fast pace manufacturing environment.
- Candidates require strong teamwork mindset, posses effective organising and communication skill as needs to cohesively work with customers and internal teams.
- Experience in semiconductor capital equipment manufacturing will be added advantage.
