Admin Assistant (Singaporean)

Lee Guan Chuan Pte Ltd

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support of incoming calls
  • Assist to receive all customer enquiries
  • Handle general customer service and administrative support or any other ad-hoc duties that is tasked by superior

Requirements:

  • Able to converse in English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Excel Applications
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-Player

Location: Hougang/Ang Mo Kio

Working hours - 5.5 Days. (Monday-Friday 0830hrs to 1730hrs, Saturday 0830hrs to 1300hrs)
