Our company is in the hospitality industry. We are expanding our team. The Accountant is expected to oversee the full set of accounts , be capable of GST and corporate tax filings, and provide regular updates to the management. We use QuickBooks software accounting system.
Duties:
- Handle full set of accounts using Quickbooks software acounting system
- Receive and handle daily AR and AP.
- Ensure timely and accurate quartlerly GST submissions
- Monitor and ensure sufficient cash flows and timely payment of vendors/payroll.
- IRAS Tax filing.
- ACRA Annual Returns
- Maintain accounting principals and generate reports as requested by the management.
- There will be inter company accounts which you are expected to handle***
Requirement:
- Proficient in English
- Min 2 years experience as full set accountant
- Able to handle inter-company accounts
- Exeperience with Quickbooks or other digital accounting software.
