Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Linux and Windows laptops for company employees.
- Set up and manage Active Directory & VPN for hybrid environments.
- Implement and manage mobile device management (MDM) solutions for remote employees.
- Design and maintain the office network for 100+ users.
- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect all IT infrastructure.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents and alerts.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT systems support company goals.
- Procure laptops and other IT equipment, ensuring cost-effective and timely acquisitions.
- Manage ISO 27001 compliance, including implementing and maintaining an Information Security Management System (ISMS), conducting risk assessments, managing risk treatment plans, and overseeing internal and external audit processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT systems administration, with a strong focus on security.
- Proficient in managing both Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Experience with setting up and managing Active Directory like Azure AD in hybrid environments.
- Experience with setting up and managing VPNs integrated with AD like Cisco Anyconnect
- Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and protocols.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge and experience in running an ISO 27001 compliant IT environment.
