Responsibilities:
-Perform business development activities and identify new partners to build an ecosystem
-Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients
-Formulate business strategy with senior management and meet KPIs
-Execute initiatives through market research, networking and enlarging footprints in target markets
-Identify and develop new market opportunities
-Qualify and evaluate leads
-Negotiate terms offered to clients
-Manage and execute new/existing projects
-Work closely with stakeholders in the company to ensure quality delivery and in-line with product roadmap
-Process market knowledge in physical security industry for verticals ie. transportation, commercial building, etc.
-Forward looking in term of industry/technology trend to improve business portfolio
Requirements:
-Diploma or Degree in any discipline
-At least 3 to 5 years of business development/sales experience
-B2B (Business-to-Business) experience in robotic/physical security
-Process negotiation, networking, marketing, presentation, project management, market analysis, strategic skill will be an advantage
