Group Key Account Manager

• Apply & lead the commercial business strategy at the national level to achieve sell-in & sell-out sales target

• Be responsible of the development and coaching of the Key Account Managers (KAM) & fostering cooperation between KAMs, Salon Partners & Education Experts.

• Achieve the sales department's quantitative & qualitative goals

• Motivate, coaches & develop the KAMs by maintaining a culture of excellence up to the point of sales (sets target, track KPIs and set routing & activity frame)

• Develop a strong regional network, trusting relationship & capacity of influence among key accounts

• Manage and arbitrate assigned budgets, as well as motivational resources and return on investment

• Support the modernization of point of sales through the deployment of services (business and retail training programs)
