Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouse operations and perform quality control
- Oversee team performance and safety in warehouse
- Perform manpower planning for warehouse operations
- Provide solutioning to resolve warehouse issues
- Provide guidance to team member
- Monitor warehouse inventory utilisation levels and stocktake (daily to weekly, cycle counting, full physical counts)
- Address warehouse operational maintenance, improvement and repair needs
- Perform WSH risk assessment to determine hazards
- Facilitate WSH discussion to improve any existing processes
- Comply to HSE policies and ISO standards
- Any duties as assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management qualification and above
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words & Powerpoint)
- Proven record for leading a team at least 3 years
- Meticulous, proactive, independent and responsible individual
