- Handle day-to-day operational transactions, including data entry and bookkeeping into the accounting system, and complete the posting process for accounts payable and receivable
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Maintain filling, scanning & documents tracking
- Other ad hoc assigned by superior and management from time to time
Administrative:
- General admin
- Admin support to C-suite
- Assist in answering miscellaneous phone calls
- Other ad hoc assigned by superior and management from time to time

- Minimum ITE;
- Analytical mind and ability to work independently with general supervision;
- A team player who displays ‘can do’ attitude, open-mindedness
- With 2 years of experience in relevant field;
- Effectively bilingual;
- Independent and effective worker with good planning skills to prioritise works and willingness to learn;
- Attention to detail on the deliverables and being meticulous;
- Must have commitment and personal responsibility to meet deadlines;
- Able to cope and work under pressure
