Job Description
- Manage projects to ensure that work is carried out in a manner that meets the targets set out by the management
- Responsible of project schedule control within the planned milestone dates
- Responsible of the project cost control within agreed budget
- Monitor contractual and technical specifications.
- Identify and record changes to the project scope of supply and manage variation orders effectively with Main Contractor
Job Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineer (PE) Board or qualifications accepted by the Commissioner of Building Control for registration as Resident Engineer.
- At least ten (10) years relevant local experience including in the managing and construction of vehicular structures and roads,
- Knowledgeable in software skills such as AutoCAD and MS Office
- Problem solving and leadership skill
- Able to start work with short notice/immediately
