Job Scope:
1. Address queries related to ICT policies / governance information
2. Review submission for ICT deviations for completeness and liaise with contact persons to rectify missing or inconsistent information
3. Collate and summarise information in Excel or other platform
4. Perform data analysis and present useful information
5. Analyse the feedback and challenges faced by Agencies, and assess ways to address the issues more effectively
6. Review the IM8 control requirements and propose refinement to improve clarity
7. Create knowledge management and project sites
8. Schedule and confirm attendees of meetings
9. Take minutes of key points and ensure follow up
Testing and migration of new features of a digital governance platform
Requirements:
1. ICT Project-related work; or
2. ICT governance work; or
3. ICT Policy-related work
4. Sharepoint (upload / maintain content on a site)
5. MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
6. Good communication skills, both written and oral
7. Team-oriented with a positive attitude
