Well-established MNC, Renowned luxury goods retailer seeks dynamic individual for the position of Assistant Retail Marketing & CRM Manager, SEA
As the Assistant Retail Marketing & CRM Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the company's strategic direction towards enhanced client-centricity and a remarkable customer journey. Your primary objectives will be to expand client base, foster deeper loyalty among our active clients, increase their frequency of visits by delivering highly relevant experiences, and reignite the interest of our inactive clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implements retail marketing plan and set goals for increasing revenue, market share and brand awareness
- Initiate market’s CRM program and craft a compelling client-focused strategy to elevate engagement, retention, and traffic.
- Collaborate with boutique teams to plan and execute unique client experiences, adhering to brand guidelines and budget.
- Support the development and execution of in-store events & activities aligning with marketing calendar.
- Ensure that all display materials and relevant marketing information reach the retail team on a timely and efficient manner, resulting in excellent implementation of the retail calendar.
- Manages artworks for all retail communication materials according to brand image standards.
- Liaise with retail mall landlords on promotions and other mall-related activities or promotions
- Perform other related duties, special projects and assignments as required
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in retail, marketing or business
- Experience in CRM/retail marketing, preferably in luxury retail
- Highly collaborative & resourceful, with an ability to prioritize, and deliver under time constraints
- Creative eye with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Hands on approach and strong team play
