Job Description
- To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.
- To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
- To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
- Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
- To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
- Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
- Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
- Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
- Preparing construction sites, materials and tools.
- Distributing construction materials.
- Digging trenches and shafts and backfilling holes.
- Operating pneumatic hammers, tampers and vibrators.
- Mixing, pouring and levelling concrete and asphalt.
- Regulating traffic and embedding traffic signs where appropriate.
- Assisting with the transport and operation of equipment and heavy machinery used in construction sites.
- Following instructions and orders from construction project managers and supervisors.
- Adhering to all safety and health protocols and regulations.
- Loading and unloading of building materials, tools and equipment.
- Cleaning the construction site by eliminating hazardous items, garbage and debris.
- Assisting craft professionals like carpenters and electricians with their tasks as required.
- Liaise with various authorities (PUB, LTA, N-Park, …)
Requirement
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experiences in Pipeline, Cable works will be advantageous.
- Possessed of SCWSH (BCSS) is mandatory.
- Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Able to works outdoor enviroment and withstand intense pressure enviroment.
- 6 days work week.

- Register Earthworks Supervisor certificate.
- Driving license (Class 2 or Class 3).
