Logistic Executive cum Traffice Controller (Waste recycle company)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics operations for construction projects, including transportation, fleet management, and material handling.
- Plan and schedule deliveries of materials, equipment, and supplies to construction sites in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate inventory management activities to avoid shortages and overstock.
- Evaluate logistics performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to logistics operations. (standby 24/7 on call in case driver face any issue at customer side)
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports related to logistics activities
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a logistics executive or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes, procedures, and best practices and manage to communicate via Mandarin in order to liaise with Chinese clients and associate.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
