Client is a health service provider with its presence worldwide. They are currently looking out for a 1-year contract Accounting Analyst within the Accounting team based in Singapore.
Location: Central
Salary: up to $5,500 per month
Your new role
The principal responsibility of this role will be managing finance operational activities, monthly reconciliation of financial ledgers, and supporting month-end GL close.
• Perform full scope of processing for Accounts Payable and staff reimbursements
• Perform update and management of invoice tracker
• Review expense transactions to ensure correct mapping of the GL accounting string and ensure these are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare monthly journals entries and ensure these are appropriately approved and posted on a timely basis.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of GL accounts as assigned
• Investigate reconciling items and help improve the reconciliations status.
• Work closely with other team members to support insurance-related finance operational activities relating to premium and commissions
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Support the Accounting Supervisor and wider finance team in various ad hoc projects.
• Assist in other general day-to-day finance operations and control activities as required
