- Engage the project team/fabrication team to deliver high-quality work on the construction site.
- Lead the standard of QAQC and train our team on the fabrication.
- Assess site operations and procedures daily and recommend improvement actions.
- Provide insights for defects and recommend preventive measures.
- Prepare weekly reports for Management.
- Conduct Internal Quality Audits, and monitor operations to ensure meeting quality standards.
- Inspect, test, or measure materials being used, prepare the report inspection and test data.
- Compile trade information, test reports, and formalize documentation
- Adhere to safety practices in the workplace
- Obtain buy-in from the project team towards quality assurance and quality control initiatives.
- Translate a deep understanding of quality standards and requirements into site works.
- Knowledge to Operate electronic inspection equipment and software.
