Responsibilities
• Understand the business IT requirements and document it clearly
• Develop project plans, goals, and budgets; identify resources needed
• Develop schedules and methods for measuring results
• Secure agreement and approval from the business entities for the project
• Guide and perform strategic analysis for the project
• Organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion and successful deployment of the system, local and overseas
• Assemble and coordinate project team members; assign individual responsibilities
• Prepare requests for proposals and conduct all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products
• Plan and oversee the preparation and dissemination of project communications.
Requirements
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology Management or equivalent
• Professional qualification in Project Management
• At least 5 years’ experience in developing and implementing major IT systems, at least 3 years of which should be in a project management or project leadership role
• Demonstrable IT project management skills and proven track record in managing large IT projects from inception to successful deployment would be an added advantage
• Experience working with overseas partners and stakeholders
• Experience in IT infrastructure set up projects
• Experience in SAP ERP systems preferred
• Cybersecurity knowledge
