Job Duties:
- Issue Purchase Orders, liaises, monitors, co-ordinates, follow-up with suppliers
- Data entry, GRN, scan and filing of documents by ensuring accuracy in prices and records
- Prepare invoices, delivery orders and perform data entries in SAP
- Manage inventory list in excel and SAP
- Answering of phone calls
- Provide support for projects via Google calendar schedule, Hubble, BOM & generation of QR etc.
- Work closely with warehouse and operation teams to ensure smooth project deliveries
- Maintain records for changes and updates on drawings
- Handle customer’s inquires and follow-up on sales
- Provide general office admin support being assigned by manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration / Electrical / Green Energy or related studies with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to multi-task within tight deadlines
- Good organizing ability, meticulous and results-oriented with minimum supervision required.
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office
- Basic knowledge of SAP, prior electrical knowledge will be an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- Able to start work immediately or serve short notice
