Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for daily product control processes which covers daily profit and loss reporting, analysis of profit and loss movements with commentaries. Asset classes coverage includes equity, commodity, credit and fixed income, interest rates and FX.
• Responsible for daily Group MIS consolidation reporting processes.
• Responsible for monthly profit and loss reconciliation to ensure reconciliation breaks between economic profit and loss and general ledger are explained.• Review of processes across different locations to ensure product control processes standardization.
• Participation in strategic projects to consolidate and enhance automation of the profit and loss processes and support new business initiatives.
Job Requirements
• 0-2 years of experience in the finance industry, those with prior experience in risk management, middle office, product control or audit will have an advantage
• Minimum Degree in Banking & Finance / Business or its equivalent professional certificates.
• Highly numerate and strong analytical skills.
• Must be able to work to tight deadlines and prioritize conflicting demands. To cover various time zones, staggered working hours may be necessary.
• Good team player who possess drive, initiative, have an eye for details and able to work independently under pressure to produce accurate and timely work.
