In 2022, Lenskart partnered with Owndays and took a majority stake in the Japanese-owned eyewear player that has a deep presence in Asia. With this partnership, we have added an additional 400 stores and extended our reach to 13 countries.

Job responsibilities:

Operational Management

  • Oversee daily store operation checklist, roster and ensure full compliance
  • Handling store cleaning schedule planning, managing change of request
  • Monitor accessories stock inventory, ensuring sufficient supplies and products are available (replenishment)
  • Ensure all equipment is operational and properly maintained (to liaise with project manager on the ad-hoc request)
  • Meeting minutes compilation (preparation source of information for sharing during store manager meeting)

Data Entry

  • Data extraction from Power BI (with basic knowledge of Power BI) - Updating sales data with simple formulas required
  • Key stakeholder to maintain NPS tracker (Net Promoter Score) with constantly follow up with the retail store colleagues
  • Sales extracting on the daily basis
  • Creating/ maintaining google documents (including google sheet, google slides as per required from the team on the daily basis)

Office/ Back Office Management

  • Full management of Office & Store Supplies including replenishment of dry stores and necessities
  • Replenishment of staffs uniform
  • Handle printer configuration
  • Support recall/ reassignment of IT devices for stores including asset transfer

Who are we looking for

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Polytechnic diploma or equivalent in business administration, management, office management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Good multitasking abilities and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Basic knowledge of Power BI
