Business Development & Client Relationship Managment

Responsibilities:

· Actively source and identify new potential client leads and business opportunities to expand customer base

· Foster positive client relationship and effectively communicate company solutions to prospects

· Build & establish long-term client partnership by ensuring their recruitment needs are consistently met

· Analyze target market segments to support organization business needs

· Achieve company objectives and monthly sales target

· Manage and maintain clients' accounts obtained from the Business Development team, ensuring a seamless transition and understanding of client needs

· Collaborate internally to develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction

· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships through regular communication to meet client’s needs

· Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities to add value


Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, cold calling, arranging interviews, offer management, conducting reference checks etc
  • Actively source for suitable candidates through internal database, applications, referrals, networking, job portals and social media platforms
  • Create, propose and implement strategies to streamline recruitment initiatives

What are we looking for?

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Strong passion for recruitment and sales driven
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as a good team player
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience in recruitment or a related field is an advantage.
