Job Summary:

Location: East
Working days: 5 days, Mon – Fri (8:30am – 5:30pm)
Salary Range: up to $4500 (Depend on experience) + AWS + VB
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of duties mainly focus on Accounts Payable (AP).
- Responsible for Accounts Receivable (AR) duties like generate finance-related invoice and credit note, incoming payments, credit management and AR reporting to Finance Manager.
- Handling inventory duties like stock adjustment, annual stock take documentation and other inventory-related tasks given.
- Preparation & submission of Quarterly GST Returns. Able to handle all tax issues, including withholding tax & MES.
- Ensure timely, accurate month-end and year-end closing reporting to Finance Manager.
- Responsible for the full spectrum of duties on Staff Claim from reviewing and processing to conduct training sessions for employee on staff claim procedures and policies.
- Support Finance Team members with various tasks as assigned.
