Location: Tuas
Working hours: 8:15am to 5:15pm (Mon to Fri)
Responsibilities:
- Smooth day to day running of the department.
- Manage crew deployment in the most cost-effective and time-efficient manner as guided by the Operations Manager.
- Compensation and benefits administration including payroll, performance management and crew welfare.
- Verify crew payroll related claims such as allowance, incentive, overtime etc for timely processing and payment.
- Assist to train and develop sea staff to ensure compliance with prevailing legislation.
- Work with appointed marine agents for crewing, travel and medical administration.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in any discipline.
- A generalist profile with experience in handling end to end employee lifecycle process with payroll will be ideal.
