Responsibilities
- Handle full sets of accounts for Lih Ming Company
- Checking and Posting of AR receipts and Oversee AP payment (Account Executive will prepare the payment)
- Prepare intercompany and related company billing
- Reconciliation of intercompany receivable and payment
- Maintenance of Fixed Assets / Hire Purchase / Term Loan schedule
- Perform yearly stock-taking and reconciliation of stock value
- Posting of GL transactions
- Prepare / checking and submit GST report (by quarter)
- Prepare and submit invoice financing to bank
- Prepare and posting reimbursement and petty cash of employees
- Posting for the credit card transactions during the month
- Ensure all timely payment of expenses (Account Payable) and receipts of Account Receivables.
- To ensure supporting documents are for all transactions
- Prepare monthly meeting report
- Assist and answer Auditor and Tax agency queries
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Functional Competency Requirement
- Able to work independently under pressure
Education and Qualification
- At least a Diploma in Accounting and Business, CAT /ACCA qualification, ATTS Specialist Certificate in Taxation (Singapore)
Experience
- At least six years of relevant full set of account experience.
