Responsibilities:
- Plan, organise, direct and control all aspects of production operations.
- To meet specifications, costs, delivery and quality expectations.
- To attain optimum utilization of manpower, machinery and materials.
- Ensure processes are in accordance to requirements and standards.
- Plan production schedule and prepare weekly reports of stock count.
- Trouble shoot discrepancies and quality issues.
- Provide staff training.
- Work with all personnel in relation to production.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Food Science/Food Technology.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a food or beverage manufacturing.
- Knowledgeable in ISO, HALAL standard, food safety, GMP and HACCP.
- Analytical and good in trouble shooting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- 5.5 days work week
