- Project Advancement and Coordination: Responsible for advancing and coordinating projects from chip tape-out to mass production, working with IC designers, test engineers, process engineers, and packaging engineers to develop new products and organize project reviews at various stages.
- Delivery of Engineering Samples: Responsible for the delivery of engineering samples and assisting the design department in collecting and analyzing test data.
- Yield Improvement: Conduct technical analysis and handling of low-yield test items during mass production testing to optimize and improve product yield and reliability.
- Low Yield Analysis: Analyze production line data and FA to find the root cause of low yield products, formulate corresponding preventive and corrective actions, and continuously improve product yield.
- Customer RMA Support: Assist the quality department in analyzing customer RMA, providing technical and experimental advice, and coordinating test verification work.
- Production Capacity Expansion: Assist the chip production planning department in mass production capacity expansion work and assist the marketing department in customer communication.
- Process Maintenance and Optimization:Responsible for the maintenance and optimization of the chip mass production process, collaborating with supply chain-related production departments to handle low yields and formulate cost-down plans.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in microelectronics or related science and engineering backgrounds, with knowledge of IC design, manufacturing, packaging, and testing preferred.
- Experience: Familiar with semiconductor manufacturing processes, packaging, and testing, with experience as a product engineer, especially in AI products, CPU chips, or other SoC products.
- Skills: Strong sense of responsibility, communication and coordination skills, team spirit, learning ability, and stress resistance, with strong data analysis and logical thinking abilities.
