1. Teaching & Curriculum：Conduct offline lessons in accordance with company curriculum, consistently improve quality of teaching and learning outcomes. Participate in academic R&D, engage in product moderation, plan and develop teaching materials.
2. Student Engagement：Assist in all kinds of events and activities. Building good relationship with parents, communicate effectively by providing regular updates on students.
3. Business Engagement：Do your best to increase the conversion rate of trial classes and work with the team to achieve the school enrollment target. Be responsible for student retention
Requirements
1. Degree/Master holder with at least 5 years’ experience of teaching students in primary school stage.
2. With empathy and transposition thinking, could communicate well with parents and children.
3. With team spirit and cooperative sense, able to work efficiently with the team to achieve the common goal.
4. Competence in PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
