– Oversee all activities of the quality department and be responsible for the quality personnel in the facility.
– Developing and implementing procedures aligned with ISO standards and continuous improvement.
– Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
– Leading internal and external quality audits.
– Implementing safety, quality, and delivery improvements.
– Identifying and addressing quality issues, and recommending corrective actions.
– Managing containment of quality escapes, ensuring customer satisfaction.
– Working with production to troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to meet customer requirements.
– Liase with customer on production drawings and dimensions
– Familiar with inspection equipments & etc
– In charge of new worker’s interview & training modules
Requirements:
– Nitec, Degree or Diploma, preferably in Mechanical/Precision Engineering & Quality related qualification.
– At least 5 years of Quality Management experience in metal stamping industry
– Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 45000
– Must be computer literate and proficient with Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
– Excellent communication skills and leadership
– Strong continuous improvement and organizational skills
